Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
How to Return
- Email support@xiniss.com with your order number
- We'll provide a return address
- Ship item back (customer pays return shipping)
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
Refunds
Refunds go to original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Defective items: we cover return shipping.
